The Head of Operations inspects several military units in the Al-Ghaydah axis.

Al-Ghayda, Yemen – Major General Khaled Al-Ashoul, the Chief of Military Operations, conducted an inspection today of the Al-Ghayda Axis and several military units within the region. Accompanied by Brigadier General Yahya Al-Ayzari, the Director of War Operations, the visit aimed to assess operational readiness and training needs.

Overview of Military Readiness

During the visit, Major General Al-Ashoul met with key military leaders, including Major General Mohsen Ali Marsa, the Commander of the Al-Ghayda Axis, and Brigadier General Faisal Mohammed Al-Matari, the Commander of the Military Police Brigade. They discussed various operational and training aspects, highlighting the significant efforts made by the axis leadership in enhancing military capabilities.

Current Operational Plans

Major General Marsa provided an overview of the current status of military units and outlined their primary needs. He presented the operational and training plans for the ongoing training year of 2025, emphasizing the importance of preparedness in maintaining security and stability in the region.

Importance of Collaboration

Brigadier General Al-Ayzari underscored the critical role that military units in the Al-Ghayda Axis play in ensuring security and combating smuggling through land and maritime routes. He stressed the necessity of enhancing cooperation and integration among units to effectively execute assigned missions.

Inspection of Key Military Facilities

During the inspection, Major General Al-Ashoul, along with the commander of the 137th Infantry Division, visited several key facilities. These included the reconnaissance battalion, the combat school, the Military Police Brigade, the Road Security Battalion, the Special Operations Battalion, and the Nishtun Port.

Recognition of Achievements

Major General Al-Ashoul expressed pride in the combat readiness and high morale of the personnel within the Al-Ghayda Axis. He commended their recent successes in maintaining security and stability in the area, recognizing their dedication and hard work.

This visit highlights the ongoing commitment of military leadership to enhance operational effectiveness and ensure the safety of the region.
