Prime Minister Salem Saleh bin Brek recently reached out to Minister of Awqaf and Guidance, Mohammed Shabeeb, to discuss the conditions of Yemeni pilgrims. The call aimed to assess the services provided to help them complete their Hajj rituals smoothly and to ensure their comfort throughout the pilgrimage.
During the conversation, the Prime Minister conveyed the greetings of President Rashad Alimi and the members of the Presidential Leadership Council to the Yemeni Hajj mission and the pilgrims. He expressed their wishes for the acceptance of their prayers and a safe return to their families. He emphasized the importance of adhering to the directives issued by the relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to ensure the safety of the guests of Allah.
The Prime Minister praised the exceptional efforts made by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. He highlighted their commitment to organizing Hajj and serving the pilgrims, which reflects positively on Saudi Arabia’s esteemed position in the Islamic world. Additionally, he acknowledged the outstanding work of the Hajj mission in providing necessary services and assistance to facilitate the pilgrims’ experience.
In response, Minister Shabeeb reassured the Prime Minister about the conditions of the Yemeni pilgrims. He updated him on the efforts being made to overcome any obstacles they might face, ensuring their safe return to Yemen. The Minister expressed gratitude for the Prime Minister’s ongoing concern and dedication to monitoring the pilgrims’ well-being.
This proactive communication underscores the commitment of Yemeni leadership to support its citizens during one of the most significant spiritual journeys in Islam. The collaboration with Saudi authorities aims to ensure a safe and fulfilling Hajj experience for all pilgrims.
