Today, Minister of Defense Major General Dr. Mohsen Al-Daari commended the combat readiness and high morale of troops in the Alab Axis, located in Saada Governorate. His remarks came during a visit to the area, accompanied by Logistics Support Authority Chief Major General Abdulaziz Al-Faqih and Commander of the Fifth Military Region Major General Yahya Salah. The visit aimed to assess the fighters’ conditions and their operational readiness.

Message of Support from Leadership

During his visit, Minister Al-Daari conveyed greetings from President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Alimi, the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, and Prime Minister Salem Bin Brek. He expressed pride in the brave fighters and their sacrifices across various fronts, defending the nation and its values in the mountains, deserts, and valleys.

Emphasis on Training and Preparedness

Al-Daari praised the resilience and steadfastness of the troops, noting the engineering measures implemented at different sites. He stressed the importance of intensifying training and enhancing readiness for future missions. He also honored the sacrifices of the armed forces’ martyrs, affirming that their blood will not be in vain and that Yemen will flourish free from sectarianism and racism.

The Minister listened to a brief from Alab Axis Commander Major General Yasser Majali, who outlined the axis’s responsibilities and achievements. He reviewed operational and combat plans aimed at countering the Houthi terrorist militias.

Major General Majali, along with other combat leaders, emphasized that such visits serve as a significant morale booster for commanders, officers, and fighters, motivating them to pursue their objectives with renewed vigor.
