New Directive Issued
Today, Attorney General Judge Qaher Mustafa announced decision number (2), which mandates the judicial committee established by decision number (1) of 2026 to investigate allegations of corruption and illicit enrichment against the accused, Aidrus Qasim Al-Zubaidi. The committee will act in accordance with the law to address these serious charges.
Implementation of the Decision
The second article of the decision states that this directive takes effect immediately. Relevant authorities are required to implement the order without delay, ensuring a swift response to the allegations.
This investigation highlights the ongoing efforts to combat corruption in Yemen, emphasizing the government’s commitment to uphold the rule of law.
