On Friday, the Republic of Yemen participated in the 12th Forum of the Arab Constitutional Courts Union held in Rabat, Morocco. The forum focused on the theme, “The Impact of Constitutional Judgments in Comparative Constitutional Systems.” The Yemeni delegation was led by Dr. Ali Al-Awsh, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

The forum brought together heads of Arab constitutional and supreme courts to discuss various experiences in constitutional judiciary across the Arab world.
