Thousands of pilgrims are arriving in Medina to visit the Prophet’s Mosque.

Pilgrims Arrive in Medina for Hajj Season

The city of Medina welcomed the first groups of pilgrims arriving by bus and the Haramain High-Speed Train. These pilgrims have been blessed to perform their Hajj rituals with ease and are now visiting the Prophet’s Mosque to pray and pay their respects to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and his companions.

Operational Plans for Hajj Season

As the influx of pilgrims begins, relevant authorities in Medina have activated their operational plans for the second season of Hajj. This season will see thousands of guests arriving over the coming days.

These plans focus on enhancing service, health, security, and organizational efforts. Authorities aim to ensure the comfort and safety of pilgrims during their stay. Government and volunteer sectors have increased their readiness, supporting reception centers, entry points, and historical sites. They have also intensified transportation, guidance, hospitality, and healthcare services, creating a comprehensive system that operates around the clock.

Commitment to Safety and Comfort

The concerned authorities are dedicated to providing a safe and accommodating environment for pilgrims. This commitment reflects the level of care the Saudi government extends to its guests during their spiritual journey in Medina after completing their rituals.

Comprehensive Services at the Prophet’s Mosque

The "Haramain Affairs Authority" has finalized its preparations to welcome pilgrims with a complete range of services. These efforts aim to enrich the spiritual and educational experience of guests from the moment they arrive at the Prophet’s Mosque until their safe departure.

The authority has intensified its focus on various operational aspects within the mosque. Services include carpet arrangements, the provision of blessed water, fragrance services, and transportation within the mosque grounds using golf carts, which serve over 10,000 individuals daily. Additionally, the authority has organized crowd management, facilitated visits to the Noble Rawdah, and ensured the readiness of air conditioning, lighting, and sound systems to create a comfortable worship environment.

Exceptional Experience for All Guests

The authority is committed to delivering an exceptional experience for pilgrims through a suite of services supported by comprehensive service centers. These include hospitality for children and specialized services for individuals with disabilities and the elderly, facilitating their visits to the mosque. Furthermore, the authority has enhanced awareness initiatives through digital screens and social media channels.

In summary, the city of Medina is fully prepared to welcome pilgrims, ensuring their journey is smooth, safe, and spiritually enriching.
