A Comprehensive Review of Judicial Processes
Today, Chief Justice Mohsen Taleb conducted a thorough inspection of the appellate court, the commercial appellate division, and the primary courts of Sirah and Commercial in Aden Governorate. This visit aimed to assess the current state of judicial operations and address ongoing challenges.
Assessment of Case Management
During his visit, Chief Justice Taleb reviewed the workflow at the appellate court. He examined the cases currently under consideration and those pending resolution. The Chief Justice acknowledged the efforts of judges in managing these cases while highlighting the obstacles they face in their work.

The Chief Justice also conducted a visit to the Office of the Attorney General and the Public Prosecution Complex in Aden. He met with Attorney General Nabil Jobah and other officials to discuss operational challenges and the efforts being made to uphold the law.
