During a phone call with Osama, the late ambassador’s son, Prime Minister bin Mubarak conveyed his sympathies to the bereaved family and friends. He highlighted the ambassador’s remarkable contributions across various fields, including media, diplomacy, academia, and politics. Al-Shamiri’s legacy, characterized by his efficiency and impactful work, along with the respect and admiration he garnered from peers, will be remembered for years to come.
