During his current visit to Morocco, Dr. Shai Mohsen Al-Zandani, Yemen’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, visited the Yemeni Embassy in Rabat. He was accompanied by Yemen’s Ambassador to Morocco, Azaldin Al-Asbahi, along with the embassy staff and cultural attaché.
Minister Al-Zandani reviewed the embassy’s operations and the services provided to Yemeni citizens, including residents, visitors, and students. He expressed appreciation for the efforts made by the embassy team in supporting the Yemeni community in Morocco.
In discussions with the embassy staff, Al-Zandani explored ways to enhance bilateral relations between Yemen and Morocco. He emphasized the importance of his current visit and the potential for future collaboration.
Al-Zandani highlighted the upcoming meeting of the joint ministerial committee between the two countries. He noted that signing several agreements during this meeting would signify a deep commitment to strengthening bilateral ties and advancing cooperation to new heights.
The meeting included key figures such as Mohammed Azzi Ba’kar, the advisor for Arab affairs, the Minister of Foreign Affairs’ private secretary, and advisor Salem Ba’afi.
This visit underscores Yemen’s dedication to fostering strong diplomatic relations with Morocco, aiming for mutual benefits and enhanced cooperation.
