President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Alimi, head of the Presidential Leadership Council, recently reached out to Aden Governor Ahmed Lamlas via phone. This call aimed to assess the situation in Aden, which is currently experiencing heavy rainfall and severe flooding due to an unstable weather system.
