### President Alimi Honors Top High School Graduates

President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Alimi, head of the Presidential Leadership Council, has announced plans to honor the top graduates of the high school class. He emphasized the importance of supporting outstanding students by prioritizing them for cultural exchange opportunities and local scholarships. This initiative aligns with a strategic scholarship policy focused on rare and specialized fields essential for Yemen’s recovery, reconstruction, and development.

### Acknowledging Academic Achievements

During a recent phone call with Minister of Education Dr. Adel Al-Abadi, President Alimi congratulated students on their high school results. He praised the efforts of the ministry, teachers, and educational administrations for successfully navigating the educational process despite the country’s challenging circumstances. The President expressed his hopes for continued excellence among the students, encouraging them to contribute positively to Yemen’s present and future, as well as to the nation’s development and peace initiatives.

### Ensuring Fairness and Improving Education

President Alimi directed the review of complaints related to high school exam results. He called for an investigation into any potential shortcomings in grading and result announcements to ensure fairness for students and protect their rights. This move aims to enhance trust in the integrity of the examination process.

The President also highlighted the critical role of teachers in national development. He urged the government to prioritize the rights and needs of teachers, emphasizing the importance of improving the educational environment to ensure stability and quality in educational outcomes.

### Special Attention to Contract Teachers

In recognition of their contributions, President Alimi instructed that contract teachers receive special attention. He urged that they be given priority for permanent positions and public sector jobs within the education sector, based on available resources and actual needs. This acknowledgment reflects the vital role these educators played in maintaining the educational process over the past years.

### Preparing for the New Academic Year

Furthermore, President Alimi directed the Ministry of Education to prepare thoroughly for the upcoming academic year. He stressed the importance of securing the necessary resources for a smooth start and ensuring regular classes across various provinces.
