ADEN, Yemen – Today, Major General Mahmoud Salem Al-Sabihi, a member of the Presidential Leadership Council, welcomed Osman Dioun, the World Bank’s Vice President for the Middle East and North Africa, at the Maasheq Palace in Aden.
