Jensen Huang: Nvidia is set for a historic revenue leap with an expected growth of seventy percent.

Jensen Huang Confident in Nvidia’s AI Dominance

Jensen Huang, the founder and CEO of Nvidia, expressed strong confidence in the company’s continued dominance in the artificial intelligence market. He anticipates Nvidia’s revenue will increase by approximately 70% over the next year, driven by unprecedented demand for advanced computing systems.

Nvidia Has Evolved Beyond a Chip Company

Huang explained that the traditional view of Nvidia no longer reflects its current reality. The company’s products have transformed into integrated computing systems that include millions of components and are literally shipped by air due to their size. He noted that a graphics processing unit, which once sold for 399 dollars, now forms part of a complete system valued at 8.5 million dollars.

Accelerating Demand for Advanced Computing Systems

Huang revealed that the demand for a system combining 36 Grace CPUs and 72 Blackwell GPUs grows at a rate of 27% per month. This surge reflects a massive expansion in the needs of data centers worldwide.

Revenue Growth Could Reach 680 Billion Dollars

Analysts expect Nvidia to conclude its current fiscal year with revenues nearing 400 billion dollars. With a projected growth rate of 70%, revenues could reach 680 billion dollars in the upcoming year, according to Huang’s estimates.

Nvidia at the Heart of the AI Ecosystem

Huang affirmed that the company has become an essential part of every layer in the AI industry, from chip suppliers to laboratories developing models such as:

  • OpenAI
  • Anthropic
  • Google

He stated, “Nvidia powers every model… We are a foundational platform for the AI ecosystem.”

Witty Response to Circular Investment Criticism

When asked about Nvidia’s investments in companies that later purchase its products, Huang responded humorously, “We put in one dollar and get back 100 dollars… If this is circular, let’s do more of it.” However, he emphasized that the company only invests in firms with real contracts that generate confirmed revenue.

Will Dominance Continue?

Despite his optimism, Huang acknowledges that the future of Nvidia’s dominance depends on industry evolution, especially with the emergence of strong startups and market trends toward reducing token consumption and lowering computing costs. However, for now, Nvidia appears well-positioned within every segment of the AI ecosystem.
