The Ministry of Interior announced that security forces in the Temporary Capital of Aden successfully apprehended 50 suspects wanted by the law between July 19 and July 25, 2026. This achievement reflects a 74% success rate in their operations, according to the security data released.
During the same period, the security agencies received 68 security and criminal reports. They promptly addressed these reports in accordance with legal procedures, leading to the arrest of suspects in 50 cases. Currently, 19 cases remain under investigation as authorities continue to gather evidence and pursue those involved.
The Ministry highlighted that these results stem from ongoing security deployments and enhanced coordination among various security units. The swift response to reports and persistent efforts in investigation and pursuit of suspects played a crucial role in these accomplishments.
The Aden police reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining security and increasing their presence across different districts. They emphasized the importance of taking legal action against arrested suspects and referred them to the appropriate authorities. Additionally, they urged citizens to cooperate with security forces and report any unlawful activities.
In related news, security forces in the liberated provinces apprehended 41 suspects linked to 33 different criminal cases, according to the daily report from the General Administration of Leadership and Control.

The Temporary Capital Aden and Marib recorded the highest number of cases, with 6 cases each. Authorities arrested 7 suspects in Aden and 6 in Marib. Additionally, Lahij reported 5 cases, while the Western Coast and Hajjah each recorded 3 cases. Provinces such as Taiz, Shabwa, and Al-Dhale reported 2 cases each, while Hadramout Coast, Al-Mahrah, and Al-Hudaydah each had 1 case, along with 1 case in Hadramout Valley and Desert.
The report confirmed that legal procedures for all suspects are underway, preparing them for referral to the relevant authorities.
