Presidential Leadership Council Member Dr. Abdullah Al-Alimi Participates in Friday Prayers and Tours Mukalla City

In a significant show of solidarity and commitment to the community, Dr. Abdullah Al-Alimi Bawazir, a member of the Presidential Leadership Council, joined a large congregation for Friday prayers at the Omar Mosque in the heart of Mukalla city, located in the Hadramout province.

Following the prayers, Dr. Al-Alimi embarked on a comprehensive tour of Mukalla’s old quarters, exploring the city’s rich array of historical, cultural, and architectural landmarks. His visit also included a stop at the Mukalla estuary, where he praised the scenic beauty of the area, urging local authorities and relevant government bodies to pay more attention to such projects and neighborhoods.

Dr. Al-Alimi expressed his admiration for the prevailing stability, social peace, security, and safety in Hadramout province, despite the challenging economic conditions facing the country. He commended the efforts of local authorities and all political and social entities working tirelessly to serve the people of Hadramout. He also lauded the honorable sacrifices and dedication of security personnel in defending national security, stability, and achievements.

During his visit, Dr. Al-Alimi met with several citizens, engaging in friendly conversations and listening to their concerns and needs, particularly regarding economic improvement and the provision of more public services in the province.

This visit underscores the government’s ongoing efforts to engage with and support local communities across Yemen, highlighting the importance of unity and cooperation in overcoming challenges and building a prosperous future.
