Abdul Rahman Al-Mahrami, a member of the Presidential Leadership Council, underscored the critical role of the aviation sector in Yemen’s development. During a meeting on Sunday in the temporary capital of Aden, Al-Mahrami stressed the need for technical and institutional support for Yemen Airways. Al-Mahrami met with Captain Nasser Mahmoud, the Chairman of Yemen Airways, and the company’s Commercial Director, Mohsen Haidara. They discussed the current state of the airline, the challenges it faces, and ongoing efforts to enhance its services and performance amid the country’s difficult circumstances.

During the meeting, Al-Mahrami listened to proposals from Mahmoud and Haidara aimed at improving the airline’s commercial operations.
