The network recorded 212 injuries of varying severity, including women and children. Meanwhile, 39 injured individuals remain missing amid fears of enforced disappearance after being abducted from medical facilities.
The field team documented 213 cases of arrest and kidnapping in the western coastal areas, coinciding with the establishment of militia checkpoints and security barriers at the entrances to cities and areas under their control.
The report revealed:
The network documented extensive looting at Al Mokha Port and Airport, which included electronic devices, equipment, documents, and various assets. Most of the looted items were reportedly transported to Sana’a.
Additionally, the militias looted 8 vehicles from the United Nations humanitarian center in Al Mokha, disrupting humanitarian operations and complicating aid delivery to those in need.
The network urged:

The network emphasized that impunity encourages further crimes and exacerbates the humanitarian cost of the conflict.
