Ministry of Defense Team Inspects Western Coast Combat Fronts

A team from the Ministry of Defense, led by Major General Khaled Al-Ashoul, visited the combat fronts along the western coast to assess military readiness. This visit aimed to ensure that the forces are prepared for ongoing operations.

Meetings with Key Military Leaders

During the visit, Major General Al-Ashoul held separate meetings with the leadership of the Al-Hudaydah and Al-Barah fronts. In these discussions, he received detailed operational briefings regarding the current battlefield situation, recent developments, and tactical plans.

Tour of Command Centers and Frontline Positions

The delegation toured advanced command and control centers and frontline positions in both sectors. They visited several sites of the First Tihama Brigade stationed in the Al-Hudaydah front and the Third Special Forces Brigade in the Al-Kadhah sector of the Al-Barah front.

High Morale and Combat Readiness

Major General Al-Ashoul praised the deployment and presence of troops along the front lines. He noted that the observations reflected a high level of combat readiness and morale among the armed forces across various units.

Emphasizing National Unity

Al-Ashoul highlighted the importance of strengthening national unity and consolidating efforts on the front lines more than ever. He urged the military to seize the current opportunity to fulfill the aspirations of the Yemeni people in restoring the state and its historical capital, Sana’a, while also countering Iranian influence in the region.

Composition of the Defense Team

The Ministry of Defense team included Major General Al-Ashoul, the Director of the Communications Department, the Director of the Main Command and Control Center of the Armed Forces, and the Assistant Director of Intelligence. This diverse group aimed to ensure a comprehensive assessment of the military’s operational capabilities.
