Security Committee Meeting in Hadhramaut Focuses on Stability and Community Cooperation

On Thursday, the High Security Committee of Hadhramaut convened in Mukalla, led by Governor Mabkhout Mubarak bin Madi. The meeting aimed to discuss the latest developments in security and efforts to enhance stability in the region. Key participants included leaders from the Second and First Military Zones, as well as security and police directors from both the coastal and valley areas of Hadhramaut, alongside commanders of military and security units.

Evaluating Security Forces and Readiness

The meeting primarily focused on assessing the performance of security and military forces. Participants emphasized the need to elevate readiness and vigilance to counter any attempts to disrupt security and stability in the province. During the discussions, the committee approved several essential measures to ensure safety, including a ban on the entry and circulation of weapons through military checkpoints and borders.

The committee issued an official statement highlighting the importance of community solidarity. It urged citizens to cooperate with security agencies and to reject any rumors or calls that threaten the safety of Hadhramaut.
