Today, Ahmed Lamlas, the Minister of State and Governor of Aden, met with Leila Ahadi, the Director of the World Food Programme (WFP) office in Aden. The discussion centered on strategies to shift from emergency support to sustainable assistance, along with enhancing the program’s outreach to targeted communities.

Meeting Highlights

The meeting also included Intisar Murshid, the Director General of the Planning and International Cooperation Office in Aden, and Reda Hajeb, the Governor’s Advisor on Humanitarian Affairs. Participants reviewed the current operations of the WFP and outlined plans and mechanisms to improve community service.
