The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has completed the distribution of pilgrimage schedules for stone-throwing during Tashreeq days.

Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Completes Pilgrim Flow Schedules

The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has finalized the schedules for managing the flow of pilgrims during the stoning of the devil ritual. This initiative aims to ensure smooth movement and high safety standards for guests during the days of Tashreeq, enhancing the overall experience for pilgrims in the holy sites.

Integrated Strategy for Hajj 1446

According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), this development forms part of a comprehensive strategy designed by the ministry to manage pilgrim flow during the Hajj season of 1446 AH. The strategy relies on a unified operational model that connects regulatory and service entities through the "Pilgrim Flow and Joint Operations Center." This center represents a significant transformation in crowd management for this year.

Organized and Safe Transportation

The schedules account for the locations of pilgrim accommodations and their movement routes. They utilize dedicated transportation options, including buses and the Mashair train, to ensure organized and safe access to the Jamarat facility. This plan builds on the positive results achieved in previous days, including the smooth flow of pilgrims to the Jamarat facility on the morning of Eid al-Adha, with no reported congestion.

Rigorous Simulation Testing

Prior to the season, the plan underwent a series of detailed simulation tests. These tests included various scenarios involving crowd density and delays. Field teams received training to ensure rapid response and real-time coordination, guaranteeing full readiness to handle diverse operational situations.

Advanced Monitoring and Control

On the technical side, the ministry’s "Monitoring and Control Center" operates around the clock. It is supported by a network of smart cameras and a centralized tracking system, along with artificial intelligence technologies to monitor crowd density and redirect groups as needed. The digital "Nusk" card has also played a crucial role in regulating access to the Jamarat facility according to the established schedules, integrating seamlessly with the "Nusk" and "Tawakkalna" platforms.

Commitment to Excellence in Pilgrim Services

The successful implementation of flow management plans in recent days, along with the completion of the Tashreeq schedules, underscores the maturity of the operational system. This system aligns with the goals of the "Guests of the Rahman Program," part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which aims to provide a more organized, flexible, and high-quality Hajj experience.
