Prime Minister Dr. Shaya Mohsen Al-Zandani has instructed the Central Bank of Yemen and the Ministry of Finance to expedite the disbursement of delayed salaries for state employees in both the civilian and military sectors. This directive also includes payments for retirees, martyrs, and the wounded. The urgency stems from a new financial support package of $90 million provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
