The National Coalition of Political Parties has reaffirmed its full support for the nations and peoples affected by Iranian aggression. The coalition stands firmly with these countries in their efforts to protect their sovereignty and national security, emphasizing a shared Arab destiny and common interests.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the coalition expressed deep concern over recent developments in the region. Iranian attacks have targeted several countries, including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan. These actions represent a clear violation of these nations’ sovereignty and pose a direct threat to their security and stability, escalating regional tensions significantly.
The coalition stressed that the security of Gulf Arab states, Jordan, and other Arab nations constitutes a vital pillar of the Arab national security framework. Any threat to these countries directly endangers collective Arab stability.
The National Coalition condemned Iranian attacks on vital Arab interests as a blatant hostile approach aimed at undermining national security and stability. The coalition highlighted Iran’s support for terrorism and armed militias, which disrupt the security and stability of Arab nations. This systematic behavior fosters chaos and undermines national state institutions.
The coalition firmly rejected any hostile actions that could escalate conflicts or threaten international navigation and energy supply security. Such actions could adversely affect the global economy and regional stability. The coalition called for adherence to international law principles and respect for national sovereignty.
Additionally, the coalition expressed strong opposition to any attempts by the Houthi militia to involve Yemen in regional conflicts or exploit its territory and resources. The coalition emphasized that the Yemeni people should not become a party or tool in external disputes. Any such actions pose a direct threat to Yemen’s security and its Arab surroundings.
