In a significant meeting held today in the temporary capital of Aden, Yemen’s Minister of Public Works and Roads, Engineer Salem Al-Huraizi, engaged with Juan Carlos, the Director of the Vital Link Project at the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS).
