The Minister of Justice, Judge Badr Al-Aradah, highlighted the critical importance of completing the administrative structure within the appellate courts located in liberated provinces. He also stressed the necessity of establishing specialized departments and primary courts, as well as forming disciplinary councils to enhance oversight and inspection activities.
Strengthening Oversight and Inspection Efforts
During a meeting led by Minister Al-Aradah today, he convened with the leadership of the Ministry’s court and documentation sector. The meeting included the presence of Deputy Minister Judge Abdul Karim Baabed and Head of the Technical Office Judge Nabil Hassan. The Minister underscored the need to intensify the efforts of oversight and investigation departments. He urged for increased field inspections to assess the level of work performance and employee discipline.
Enhancing Monitoring Procedures
The Justice Minister directed that procedures for monitoring and reviewing the work of court clerks and administrative staff be strengthened. He emphasized the importance of inspecting financial and administrative records, as well as conducting regular evaluations of documentation processes across the board.
Recommendations for Improvement
The meeting concluded with the approval of several proposals and recommendations aimed at preventing errors and enhancing administrative and regulatory procedures. These measures will serve the public interest and improve the overall effectiveness of the judicial system.
