In a significant meeting, Dr. Rashad Mohammed Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, met with Gabriel Monera Vinales, the outgoing European Union Ambassador to Yemen. This encounter marked the conclusion of Vinales’ tenure as the EU representative in the country.
