The General Authority for Civil Aviation and Meteorology’s Forecasting and Early Warning Center has issued a weather forecast for today, Tuesday. Coastal regions and nearby areas can expect relatively dusty weather, with hot daytime temperatures and mild conditions at night. Winds will remain moderate along the western and southern coasts, while they will strengthen on the eastern coasts and Socotra Archipelago, reaching speeds of 22 to 30 knots.
In its daily weather report, which the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) received, the center predicts that mountainous regions will experience cloudy to partly cloudy skies. There is a possibility of varying intensity thunderstorms in parts of the western highlands, as well as in the highlands and plateaus of Abyan and Shabwa. Meanwhile, desert and plateau areas will see relatively dusty weather, with hot daytime temperatures and mild nights. Winds in these areas will be moderate to active, stirring up dust and sand.

The center warns citizens in areas expecting rainfall to avoid riverbeds and flood channels, as well as thunderstorms. Additionally, residents in desert and coastal regions should be cautious of rising temperatures and direct sun exposure. The center urges everyone to take necessary precautions to prevent heat-related illnesses.
In its daily marine bulletin, the Forecasting and Early Warning Center predicts that sea conditions along the western coasts will be calm. In the coasts of Abyan, Aden, and Bab al-Mandab, the waves will be light to moderate. The coasts of Al-Mahra, Hadramaut, and Shabwa will see moderate waves, while the Socotra Archipelago will experience rough seas. The regional waters in the Gulf of Aden and the Red Sea will have moderate waves, while the Arabian Sea will be rough. The center advises fishermen, sea-goers, and ship captains around the Socotra Archipelago and eastern coasts to be cautious of turbulent sea conditions, high waves, and strong winds.
