The Hikma Association launches a mobile health and nutrition service project in Aden.
Mobile Medical Unit Launched to Enhance Health Services in Aden

The Al-Hikma Al-Yamaniya Charity Association has officially launched a mobile medical unit aimed at providing comprehensive health and nutritional services in the Al-Buraiqa district of Aden. This initiative comes in collaboration with the comprehensive organization (NB).
Free Medical Services for Vulnerable Populations
The mobile unit offers free medical consultations, treatments, and health education to patients. A dedicated team of medical, technical, and administrative professionals operates the unit, which has already benefited 150 individuals, including children, pregnant women, and nursing mothers. These services specifically target those suffering from malnutrition, upper respiratory infections, diarrhea, fevers, gastrointestinal diseases, and skin conditions.
Commitment to Health Initiatives
Wassim Al-Qabati, the Health Projects Director, emphasized that the mobile medical unit represents a continuation of the association’s commitment to health services. The initiative specifically targets displaced camps and areas with limited healthcare access in urban outskirts, villages, and rural regions.
Ongoing Health Projects for 2023
The association plans to maintain its health initiatives throughout this year. In addition to the mobile health and nutrition unit, the organization will implement various free surgical medical camps, support dialysis and cancer centers, and launch other health projects across several provinces. These efforts receive vital support from the governments of Kuwait and Bahrain.
This mobile medical unit not only addresses immediate health needs but also reinforces the association’s ongoing mission to improve healthcare access for vulnerable populations in Yemen.
