The Yemeni Foreign Ministry has expressed strong condemnation of the ongoing military aggression in Gaza by Israeli forces. This escalation has resulted in numerous civilian casualties and extensive destruction of civilian infrastructure, including the Saudi Center for Culture and Heritage’s warehouse in the region.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the Foreign Ministry emphasized that the systematic destruction of essential life components in Gaza poses a serious threat to regional peace and security. Furthermore, this violence hampers both regional and international efforts aimed at achieving stability in the area.
The ministry reiterated its call for the international community to fulfill its responsibilities in addressing the aspirations of the Palestinian people. It urged support for their quest for security, stability, and a dignified life. The Foreign Ministry advocates for a two-state solution, the Arab Peace Initiative, and relevant international resolutions to resolve the ongoing conflict.
This condemnation highlights Yemen’s commitment to advocating for peace and stability in the region, emphasizing the need for collective action to support the Palestinian cause.
