The Armed Forces announced that within the last 24 hours, they executed 982 precise and direct targeting operations as part of “Fajr Yemen.” These operations utilized warplanes, drones, field artillery, and rocket launchers to strike at the reinforcements of the Houthi terrorist militias, their advanced command and control centers, field leaders, sniper positions, sources of fire, and supply lines.
Colonel Majid Al-Nazili, the official spokesperson for the Armed Forces, stated in a press release that these operations resulted in neutralizing 324 militia leaders and members. Additionally, the forces destroyed or incapacitated 108 vehicles and pieces of medium and heavy weaponry.
Al-Nazili emphasized that the heroes of the Armed Forces and popular resistance in Taiz continue to convert militia mobilizations and attempts to regroup into exposed targets for the Armed Forces’ firepower. They are successfully thwarting attempts to advance and solidify territorial gains through effective air and artillery support. This organized combat effort combines steadfastness and offensive actions, effectively draining the militia’s capabilities.
The Armed Forces units persist in conducting offensive operations on the eastern fronts of the besieged capital, Sana’a, particularly in Al-Jawf, Marib, and Al-Bayda, as well as in the southern and southwestern fronts. These operations target enemy movements, fortifications, gatherings, and weapon convoys. Furthermore, they involve the removal of internationally banned landmines and improvised explosive devices planted by the militia, which pose threats to civilian lives.
The official spokesperson for the Armed Forces confirmed the ongoing execution of military tasks with high combat determination. They maintain a strict commitment to international humanitarian law and take necessary precautions to protect civilians and civilian objects.
