Governor's Deputy Inspects Security and Literacy Projects in Hadhramaut

The Deputy Governor of Hadhramaut for the Valley and Desert Districts, Amer Al-Amri, recently inspected ongoing construction projects at the Seiyun Security Building and the Literacy Office in the Hadhramaut Valley and Desert region. This visit aimed to assess the progress of renovations and preparations involved in these crucial initiatives.

Key Participants in the Visit

Accompanying Al-Amri during the inspection were Colonel Abdullah bin Habesh, the Director of Security for the Valley and Desert of Hadhramaut, and Abdulwahab bin Jaber, the General Director of the Literacy Office in the region. Together, they evaluated the current state of the restoration and rebuilding efforts, ensuring that the projects meet community needs.

Security Measures During Ramadan

In addition to the construction projects, Al-Amri and Colonel Habesh reviewed the security plan for the Seiyun district during the holy month of Ramadan. They listened to reports from Captain Abdullah Al-Jabri, the district’s security director, who detailed the efforts of local security personnel. The focus remains on maintaining public order and safeguarding citizens’ property, especially during peak shopping times.

Support for Local Security Forces

Deputy Governor Al-Amri praised the dedication of the security forces in Seiyun. He emphasized the local authority’s commitment to supporting security agencies in their mission to ensure safety and protect both public and private property. This support is vital for fostering a secure environment for all residents during this busy season.

The inspection by Deputy Governor Amer Al-Amri highlights the ongoing efforts to enhance security and literacy in Hadhramaut. By prioritizing these projects, local authorities aim to improve community welfare and maintain stability in the region.
