Military Training Initiative in Al-Masila
This morning, Brigadier General Ahmed Omar Al-Maari, the commander of the Military Protection Force in the Second Military Region, inaugurated a specialized training course on the use of 23mm and 14.5mm air defense weapons in Al-Masila. This initiative forms part of a broader training and qualification program aimed at enhancing the combat and technical capabilities of the force’s personnel.
During the launch, Brigadier General Al-Maari emphasized that continuous training serves as the cornerstone for building a modern and professional armed force. He highlighted the leadership’s commitment to this aspect, viewing it as the best path to improve military performance and elevate readiness across various specialties.
Brigadier General Al-Maari explained that the course is designed to equip participants with essential knowledge and skills for operating and maintaining air defense weapons. These skills will enable them to efficiently handle field tasks and protect sites and facilities within the force’s area of responsibility.
This course is part of a series of training programs implemented by the Military Protection Force. These initiatives aim to enhance the military and technical proficiency of its members, aligning with the requirements for safeguarding vital installations and supporting security and stability efforts in the Second Military Region.
