The Commander of the Al-Baha Axis and the Fourth Mountain Infantry Brigade, Major General Abubakr Al-Jabouli, continued his field visits on Monday. He inspected the front lines extending from Bani Omar to Jurdad, reaching the outskirts of Al-Waziyah District. His visit focused on the Rasin and Al-Alaqmah fronts in southern Taiz Governorate to assess combat readiness.

Assessment of Combat Readiness

During his visit to the two fronts near Al-Waziyah and Al-Mudharabah in Lahij, Major General Al-Jabouli received a detailed briefing on the current battlefield situation within his area of responsibility. He praised the steadfastness of the fighters and their commitment to defending the national cause. He emphasized their ongoing efforts to confront the Houthi militia and its destructive agenda. He confirmed that the forces would continue to carry out their duties efficiently and effectively.

High Combat Readiness

Major General Al-Jabouli stated that the forces in the axis maintain high combat readiness and are capable of responding to various battlefield developments. He noted that they inflicted significant losses on the Houthi militia during confrontations and military operations in these fronts.

He stressed the importance of enhancing vigilance and operational discipline while maintaining readiness and constant preparedness. This approach enables the forces to respond effectively to any hostile developments or movements.

Major General Al-Jabouli appreciated the support provided by the President of the Presidential Leadership Council and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Dr. Rashad Muhammad Al-Alimi. He affirmed that this support has contributed to strengthening the capabilities of the armed forces, enabling them to perform their military duties and defend their positions.
