Yemen's Justice Minister Calls for Enhanced Training Programs for Aden's Judicial Staff

In a significant move towards judicial improvement, Yemen’s Justice Minister, Judge Badr Al-Aradah, chaired a comprehensive meeting in the temporary capital, Aden, focusing on the development of the administrative cadre at the Aden Court of Appeals and other liberated provinces. The meeting underscored the necessity of elevating employee capabilities and equipping them with essential skills to boost performance and deliver exceptional judicial services to citizens.

Emphasis on Skill Development

Justice Minister Al-Aradah emphasized the critical need to enhance the staff’s skills, aiming to improve the quality of judicial services provided to the public. He directed the preparation and intensification of training programs for general managers and department heads within the exceptional courts and those in the liberated provinces for the upcoming year. The goal is to increase their efficiency and prepare them to fulfill their responsibilities effectively.

Accelerating Support for Hadhramaut Courts

Al-Aradah highlighted the urgency of approving the formation of a committee tasked with visiting the courts in Hadhramaut. This initiative aims to assess their needs and challenges and to provide the necessary support to address them. This step is part of a broader effort to ensure that all judicial bodies across the country can operate efficiently and meet the needs of Yemeni citizens.

Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes

The meeting concluded with the approval of minutes from previous gatherings, signaling a continuous effort towards improving the judicial system in Yemen.
