Citizens in Ibb, Yemen, are raising alarms over a severe water crisis, accusing the Houthi militia of deliberately cutting off public water supplies to extensive neighborhoods in Ibb city, the provincial capital. Local residents from the districts of Al-Zahar and Al-Mashannah, located at the heart of the province, report that they have been without water for weeks.
