Yemen's Foreign Minister Meets with Arab Ambassadors in Moscow to Discuss Bilateral Cooperation and Regional Stability

Moscow, – Dr. Shaia Al-Zindani, Yemen’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs, engaged in pivotal discussions today with Arab ambassadors accredited in Moscow. This meeting, part of his official visit, aimed to explore and enhance the bilateral cooperation between Yemen and Russia, alongside addressing the latest developments in Yemen.

Strengthening Bilateral Ties and Addressing Regional Concerns

During the meeting, Minister Al-Zindani provided an update on the current situation in Yemen, including the threats posed by Houthi escalations in the Red Sea. He highlighted the efforts of the Presidential Leadership Council and the government to achieve peace in Yemen, praising the contributions of Saudi Arabia and Oman towards this cause.

Al-Zindani also expressed gratitude towards the Arab ambassadors for their support of Yemen’s diplomatic endeavors. He emphasized that ending the war in Yemen is crucial for the security and stability of the entire region.

Acknowledging Diplomatic Efforts

The meeting, which also saw the attendance of Yemen’s Ambassador to Moscow, Ahmed Al-Wahishi, served as a platform for Al-Zindani to acknowledge the significant role played by Arab diplomats in backing Yemen’s quest for peace and stability.
