Today, Sheikh Othman Mujali, a prominent member of the Presidential Leadership Council, offered heartfelt condolences to Nabil and Mohammed Abdulaziz Mansour Al-Baili, as well as to Advisor Mohammed Al-Maisari, following the passing of their father, Major General Dr. Abdulaziz Mansour Al-Baili. The esteemed general, known for his dedicated service to the nation, passed away after a lifetime committed to his duties and responsibilities.
In his message, Mujali paid tribute to the late general’s remarkable contributions to the Ministry of Interior. He emphasized Al-Baili’s academic influence at the Faculty of Sharia and Law at Sana’a University, along with his significant role at the Higher Police Institute. Mujali characterized Al-Baili as a devoted statesman, a wise leader, and a distinguished expert in both military and legal sciences, highlighting his impact on future generations.
At the conclusion of his message, Mujali conveyed his deepest sympathies to Al-Baili’s family, colleagues, and both military and civilian students who benefited from the general’s teachings. He prayed for God’s mercy upon Al-Baili and implored strength and patience for his loved ones during this challenging time. “Indeed, we belong to God and to Him we shall return,” he expressed, underscoring the profound loss felt by many.
