Al-Masrak, Yemen – Today, Dr. Abdulqawi Al-Makhlafi, the First Deputy Governor of Taiz, officially inaugurated the new Civil Status Branch in Al-Masrak District. The opening ceremony was attended by Major General Mansour Al-Akhali, the Director General of Taiz Police, marking a significant milestone for local civil services.
