Yemen’s Charge d’Affaires Meets Syrian Minister of Higher Education

Today, Mohammed Ba’kar, the Charge d’Affaires of the Yemeni Embassy in Damascus, engaged in discussions with Dr. Marwan Al-Halabi, Syria’s Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The meeting focused on enhancing scientific and academic cooperation between Yemen and Syria. Both officials are preparing to sign a new memorandum of understanding (MoU) aimed at fostering cultural exchange between the two nations.
