The meeting included key military figures, such as Brigadier General Mohammed Al-Yamani, Chief of Staff of the Second Military Region, and Brigadier General Mohsen Al-Haj, Operations Chief. Commanders of various brigades, heads of departments, and unit leaders also participated. Major General Barjash stressed the importance of keeping all brigades and units in a state of high combat readiness. He highlighted the need for vigilance against any potential threats to the security and stability of Hadhramaut during Ramadan.
Barjash underscored the collaborative role between the Second Military Region forces and public security agencies, including the police. This partnership aims to ensure the safety and well-being of citizens while protecting their property.
Major General Barjash praised the efforts of the local authority and the security committee in Hadhramaut, represented by Governor Mabkhout Mubarak bin Madi. He acknowledged their commitment to enhancing military and security aspects in the province, which is essential for establishing peace and stability. He also expressed gratitude for the support provided by the Saudi-led Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen, which significantly contributes to the security framework in the region.
During the meeting, brigade leaders, department heads, and unit commanders presented their plans and proposals to ensure that military units remain prepared and combat-ready throughout Ramadan. They discussed strategies to prevent any disruptions that adversaries or terrorist forces might exploit during this critical period.
