During the visit, Minister Al-Bakri lauded the support and attention of His Excellency Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, its members, and Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed Awad Bin Mubarak. Their commitment to evacuating the club’s premises and handing them over to the youth underscores the importance of sports and athletes in the province. This gesture is part of a broader effort to revive sports as a crucial element for the youth and cultural development in Taiz.
Minister Al-Bakri also inspected the ongoing renovation works at Al-Shuhada Stadium, where the Ministry of Youth and Sports’ Youth Welfare Fund, under the supervision of the Projects Sector, has laid new ground and is in the process of rehabilitating the facility.
