The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan has expressed deep concern regarding the situation in the Middle East, particularly the attacks targeting the territory of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ministry firmly rejects any hostile actions that threaten civilians, civilian infrastructure, and energy facilities.
The ministry emphasized the necessity of strict adherence to international law, respect for the sovereignty and independence of states, and the integrity of their territories. It urged all parties to resolve disputes solely through political and diplomatic means, based on dialogue and mutual respect.
Uzbekistan’s Foreign Ministry reaffirmed its support for the efforts of the United Nations and regional countries aimed at reducing tensions, preventing the escalation of conflict, and working towards achieving lasting peace in the Middle East.
