This morning, Israeli airstrikes claimed the lives of 20 Palestinians and left many others injured in the northern Gaza Strip. The strikes targeted the Jabalia refugee camp and the Beit Lahiya area, resulting in a significant humanitarian crisis.
According to Palestinian medical sources, rescue teams recovered 12 bodies, including women and children, from the rubble following a violent artillery bombardment that struck gatherings of displaced individuals in Beit Lahiya. Additionally, eight Palestinians lost their lives in an Israeli attack on the Al-Alami area of the Jabalia camp, which has been under siege for three consecutive weeks.
In the West Bank, clashes erupted between Palestinian youths and Israeli forces east of Nablus. Israeli troops responded with live fire and tear gas, escalating tensions in the area. Several Palestinian towns and cities also experienced a wave of arrests and home raids, with Israeli forces reportedly damaging property during these operations.
These developments highlight the ongoing violence and instability in the region, exacerbating the humanitarian situation for many Palestinian families.
The situation remains fluid, and further updates are expected as the conflict continues to unfold.
