Mareb Police Training Center Hosts 40 km March for Security Units

On Saturday, the General Police Training Center in Mareb organized a remarkable 40-kilometer march for participants in a training course designed for security instructors. This event saw participation from all security units within the province, highlighting a unified commitment to enhancing operational readiness.

Community Support and National Pride

Participants marched through the streets of Mareb, enthusiastically chanting national slogans. Their energy and enthusiasm drew significant attention from local residents, who lined the streets to show their support for the courageous security personnel. Citizens expressed their appreciation and admiration for the efforts of the security forces, creating a vibrant atmosphere of community solidarity.

Training Objectives and Participation

Brigadier General Khaled Al-Sabahi, the director of the General Police Training Center, emphasized that this march marks a first for the province, involving officers and personnel from various security units. The initiative aims to improve training efficiency, combat readiness, and physical fitness among members of the provincial police. By enhancing these skills, the security forces will maintain a high level of preparedness to address any potential security challenges effectively.

Involvement from Multiple Security Forces

The training course and the accompanying march included participants from various branches, such as the Special Security Forces, Public Security Police, Traffic Police, Facility Protection Police, and the Personal Protection Unit. This diverse participation underscores the collaborative effort to strengthen the overall capabilities of Mareb’s security apparatus.

This event not only showcases the dedication of Mareb’s security forces but also reinforces the importance of community support in enhancing public safety and security.
