The Taiz Axis concluded the launch of the Training Year 2026 at the 22nd Mechanized Brigade, with the presence of Major General Abdulaziz Al-Majidi, the Chief of Staff of the Taiz Axis.
The launch event featured a review of training points and recognized outstanding members of the brigade. This acknowledgment aimed to honor their dedication and exceptional performance.
Major General Al-Majidi praised the steadfastness and heroism of the 22nd Mechanized Brigade. He emphasized the sacrifices made by its members in the battle for the nation. He stated that their ten years of dedication have established the brigade as a cornerstone for maintaining security and stability in Taiz, alongside security forces.
Al-Majidi also expressed gratitude for the efforts of the Arab Coalition, led by Saudi Arabia. He highlighted their continuous support for the national army and their role in preserving the security and stability of Yemen.
In a statement, Brigadier General Mohammed Al-Mahfadi, the commander of the 22nd Mechanized Brigade, affirmed that the launch of the Training Year 2026 occurs amid significant developments in the country. He stressed that the brigade stands fully prepared to undertake any tasks assigned by political and military leadership.
This event marks a crucial step in enhancing the capabilities of the 22nd Mechanized Brigade, ensuring they remain ready to face future challenges.
