On October 7, 2024, Ahmed Lamlas, the Minister of State and Governor of Aden, inaugurated several educational and service projects in the Crater District of Aden. These projects represent a significant investment of one billion Yemeni rials, funded locally.
The newly launched initiatives include the rehabilitation of the Immigration and Passports Office, the Crater Kindergarten, the Meteorological Building in Al-Sahariq, and a Maternity Emergency Center.
