In a decisive move to address traveler congestion, Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak has directed the implementation of necessary measures at the Al-Wadiah border crossing. This facility serves expatriates, pilgrims, and visitors traveling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

During a meeting on Tuesday in the temporary capital of Aden, Prime Minister bin Mubarak emphasized the urgency of enhancing efforts to resolve the ongoing issues of traveler congestion. He met with Al-Wadiah border crossing director, Amer Al-Sayyari, to discuss strategies aimed at ensuring smooth access for travelers entering Saudi Arabia.

Dr. bin Mubarak received an update from Al-Sayyari regarding the current situation at the border crossing. They reviewed the obstacles contributing to traveler congestion and explored potential solutions. The Prime Minister confirmed that development and rehabilitation work at the crossing would conclude by the upcoming Eid al-Adha holiday.
