Statement Issued by the Presidential Leadership Council on the Occasion of One Month Since the Launch of “Fajr Al-Yemen”

To the great Yemeni people,
To the heroes of our armed forces, security, and all military formations, and the popular resistance,

One month has passed since the launch of the “Fajr Al-Yemen” operation, and the will of our people is stronger. Their commitment to restoring their state remains steadfast, and the banner of freedom flies high through the sacrifices of its sons from all provinces.

This month has been marked by courage, resilience, and sacrifice, affirming that Yemen will not be a prize for rogue militias, and that the future of their generations will not remain hostage to weapons and the terror of the Iranian project.

As the Presidential Leadership Council commemorates this milestone in our national struggle, it confirms that “Fajr Al-Yemen” is an irreversible decision, and the operation will continue until its goals of ending the coup, restoring state institutions, and asserting sovereignty over the entire national territory are achieved.

The council extends its salute and respect to the heroes of the armed forces in all their formations, to the security personnel and popular resistance on every front; to those who stand firm against danger, bearing the trust of defending the republican system, and paving the way to restore their national institutions and human dignity.

The first month has brought a heavy toll on the Houthi militias and their military capabilities. Since October 5, military targeting operations against the militias across various fronts reached 40,761, resulting in the neutralization of around 20,000 of their terrorist leaders and misled fighters, along with the destruction and damage of over 5,000 vehicles.

These results reflect the scale of combat effort, organized depletion, and the significant blows the militias have received, while they can expect even more challenging days ahead.

At the heart of this epic stands Taiz, proud of its people and heroes, resistant to subjugation.

Taiz faces siege, bombardment, and attempts at invasion, etching its name deeply into the memory of Yemen and the conscience of the world. The city has made defending life a position that cannot be broken, and upholding the republic a legacy passed down through generations, with no force in the universe capable of tearing it from the hearts of its people.

For over a month, Taiz has been writing a chapter that will remain in the history of cities that stood against the new front-line aggression, bearing the burden of the harshest moment for their homeland. At its entrances and fronts, the illusions of subjugation dissipate, and in its homes, hospitals, and defense sites, the will to survive renews.

Yemen will remember the names of its martyrs and the heroism of those who defend it, the patience of its mothers, and every hand that aided the wounded, sheltered the displaced, and shared water and bread under the pressure of the brutal siege.

Taiz will remain, as will Aden, Marib, Al-Dhale, and our other proud cities, witnesses to the courage of Yemenis. The sacrifices of our heroes will remain a debt owed, and the republic will remain our unifying banner that grants us strength, patience, and the ability to achieve the goal of restoring the capital, Sana’a, with God’s help.

The Presidential Leadership Council confidently reaffirms that regardless of how the lines of confrontation change, and no matter how the militias attempt to impose realities through fire and starvation, the rights of Yemenis to their land and state will not change. The land will return to its people, homes to their owners, and state institutions will serve their citizens.
This is a promise we carry, and a goal we continue to work towards with an unbreakable national will.

At this juncture in our national struggle, the Presidential Leadership Council emphasizes that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with its wise leadership and generous people, is a genuine partner in creating this legendary resilience of the Yemeni people and defending their state and desired future.

The Kingdom has stood by our people during their harshest years, and its continuous support has contributed to the cohesion of state institutions, securing salaries for employees, maintaining services, and alleviating the suffering of its citizens.

The council also acknowledges the leading role of the Coalition to Support Legitimacy, which responded to the call of the Yemeni people with courage and sincerity. We highly appreciate the efforts of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center and the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen, and the life-saving projects and initiatives they provide, restoring hope and pathways to livelihood and stability.

To our brotherly Saudi people, who have shared the burdens of this decisive battle with us, and whose security and facilities have faced attacks from the terrorist militias, we extend a salute of loyalty befitting their noble stance and steadfastness. We also take pride in the positions of their scholars, intellectuals, writers, journalists, and activists, and all who supported Yemen, defended its people’s rights, confronted misinformation, extended a helping hand to its people, and proved that brotherhood is a stance in times of hardship. The proximity of nations is also preserved by the nobility of their peoples, and thus the Yemeni people will not forget this kindness and will remember their brothers’ support in their national memory from generation to generation.

The Presidential Leadership Council renews its pledge to our noble martyrs that their sacrifices will remain present in every decision, that their families will receive the care they deserve, that our wounded will receive treatment and attention, and that efforts will continue for the freedom of the detained and abducted. The council also honors the doctors, all state employees, and those working in services and relief, and everyone who continues to fulfill their duty and maintain the means of life for people in these difficult circumstances.

“Fajr Al-Yemen” also encompasses the presence of the state alongside its citizens; in the regular payment of salaries, the continuation of services, the relief of the afflicted, the care of the displaced, the protection of rights, and the mobilization of resources for these priorities, enhancing the role of local authorities, and strengthening the resilience of cities and areas affected by Houthi terrorism.

To our people in the provinces and areas forcibly under militia control, we renew our call for you to uphold your original stance in defending the republican system, championing your right to equal citizenship, and rejecting the impoverishment and racism project that robs you of your freedom, squanders your resources, and seeks to inherit your children with slavery, fear, and deprivation.

Protect your children from recruitment and exploitation, reject any act that prolongs the life of this project and its aggression against Yemenis, and uphold your right to keep your homes, neighborhoods, and civil institutions safe. Reject their conversion into weapons depots or combat sites, or the use of you and your families as human shields.

The path to restoring the homeland you dream of requires following in the footsteps of the early fighters and drawing wisdom from the current consensus of Yemenis, which has astonished the world in rejecting the front-line project, their steadfastness in resisting it, and supporting the Yemeni people’s right to security, stability, peace, and development.

“Fajr Al-Yemen” will continue until its goals are fully achieved, and our promise to our people remains steadfast to reclaim their decision, sovereignty, and the right of their children to a future free from militia rule.

Glory and eternal remembrance to the martyrs, healing for the wounded, and freedom for the detained and abducted.
