National Coalition of Political Parties Supports Military Operations
The National Coalition of Political Parties has expressed its full support for the statements made by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces. In his address, President Alimi announced the commencement of military operations aimed at reclaiming the remaining territories of the Republic and establishing state authority across the entire national territory.
Response to the Will of the Yemeni People
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the coalition emphasized that the President’s remarks represent a responsible response to the will of the Yemeni people. The coalition noted that the state had exhausted all opportunities for peace, while the Houthi militia, backed by Iran, responded to these opportunities with mobilization, escalation, and attacks on civilians, neighboring countries, and international shipping.
Call for Unified Military Action
The coalition urged the activation of all fronts simultaneously and called for coordination under a unified command and a single operations room. They stressed the importance of avoiding fragmented movements, which would allow the militia to maneuver and reposition.
Emphasis on Military Resolve
The coalition demanded the use of the highest levels of military decisiveness, urging the mobilization of all available land, air, and naval capabilities to end the rebellion, restore state institutions, and enforce their authority. They called on the Yemeni people to rally and support the armed forces, security, and popular resistance.
Appreciation for Coalition Support
The coalition praised the statement from the leadership of the Joint Forces of the Coalition, reaffirming their ongoing appreciation for the coalition’s operational support for the Yemeni armed forces. They expressed gratitude for the coalition’s commitment to standing with the state and the Yemeni people until the restoration of institutions and the end of the coup.
Condemnation of Houthi Attacks
The coalition strongly condemned the Houthi militia’s attacks on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including attempts to target Mecca, Medina, and civilian areas, as well as threats to freedom of navigation in Bab al-Mandab and the Red Sea. They affirmed the Kingdom’s inherent right to defend its sovereignty and security.
Call for International Support
The coalition urged the international community to support the Yemeni state with all necessary resources to achieve victory in the battle, eliminate sources of Iranian weapons and funding, and protect international navigation.
Commitment to Constitutional Legitimacy
Reiterating their commitment to stand by the state and constitutional legitimacy, the coalition affirmed that the ultimate goal of the battle is to restore the state and end the coup, leading to a just and lasting peace based on the three references: the Gulf Initiative and its executive mechanism, the outcomes of the Comprehensive National Dialogue, and United Nations Security Council Resolution 2216.

The statement comes from various political parties, including the General People’s Congress, the Yemeni Islah Party, the Yemeni Socialist Party, the Popular Unity Nasserite Organization, the Political Bureau of the National Resistance, the Southern Peaceful Movement, the Yemeni Rashad Party, the Justice and Building Party, the Southern National Coalition, the Nahda Movement for Peaceful Change, the National Solidarity Party, the Southern Revolutionary Movement, the Yemeni Unified Gathering Party, the Union of Popular Forces, the Peace and Development Party, the Arab Socialist Ba’ath Party, the Hadhramaut National Council, the Arab Socialist Ba’ath Party (National), the Democratic People’s Party / Hashd, the Shabwa National Council, the Republican Party, and the Liberation Front Party.
