Yemen's Ministry of Finance Completes Salary Enhancements for March 2025

The Ministry of Finance announced today, Wednesday, that it has finalized the financial enhancements for the March 2025 salaries of state employees across central and local authorities, as well as economic units. The ministry has sent these enhancements to the Central Bank of Yemen in the temporary capital, Aden, to ensure timely disbursement before the Eid al-Fitr holiday.

Presidential Directives and Oversight

This initiative follows directives from President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Alimi, the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, and Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak. Minister of Finance Salem bin Brik has closely supervised and monitored the process to ensure that salaries are disbursed, taking into account the economic and living conditions of employees as the holiday approaches.

Commitment to Timely Salary Payments

A responsible source from the Ministry of Finance confirmed to the Yemen News Agency (Saba) that all necessary procedures for the financial enhancements have been completed. The ministry aims to ensure that state employees receive their March salaries before the holiday.
